Shipping Policy

La Neur currently ships from California to all of the United States. Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer shipping times. We ship through First Class mail (USPS) and can take from 3-5 business days after orders are processed.

Orders are shipped out on business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).

Orders are usually processed and shipped within one or two business days based on availability of stock. Orders placed by 11am (PST) are mostly processed same business day. Please allow longer processing time during peak times like major holidays.

Hot Weather Warning
Due to our clean formulas and our use of natural stabilizers and preservatives, our products may melt during extreme heat. Once you receive your package, it is best to let the product cool down to room temperature. If for any reason the product is not usable please do not hesitate to contact us at customercare@laneur.com
